Statewide schedule — read this before you rely on it
All counties use the same November 10 and April 10 installments; the only local choice is whether sub-$10 bills are billed once. Most counties in this state follow these dates.
An installment unpaid 30 days after its due date (December 10 or May 10) becomes delinquent and accrues 1% a month interest plus a 1% a month penalty capped at 5%, with a $5 minimum.
County treasurers mail tax bills by November 1 each year, and bills under $10 may be made payable in a single November installment.
